You are awesome sir! I have my E-Razor on order do you think you can help me align stuff when i get it? Also do you know of a parts list for upgrades? i want to beef mine up once I understand the basics.
i think it is a 1.0 or 1.5 allen key, the first one i removed was a bit tough too. I think i used a small pair of pliers to grab the tip of the screw and get it started.
i recently stripped out my main gear after many years, but i cant find a spare part. do you know the tooth count of this? or do you have any info on parts? i realize its an old topic, but any help would be massive!
I'm new to this too, but I must say, take your time. don't rush it or you'll crash faster. I took my time and still crashed! wind can be a real pain!! also make sure your screws are all tight, I've lost a few of those too not knowing. Don't assume the factory did their jobs right, check over every little screw and make sure. let me know when you get it in.
@YTRewqNEss there are some good vids out there on it. it involves using the new flybar to slide the old parts onto, and then pushing the new bar though and the old one out. I just bend mine back straight if possible, check out xheli.com's vid on that (i think for the bluray 450) for tips on flybar straightening. Good Luck! your welcome, I'm a noob, but after doing it and not having a vid to go by, making mistakes, and then doing three more times after a few hours of flight, I decided to make a vid. glad it helped you...hope it saved you some time and money.
To be honest, I have never done anything like that, changing bodies. After doing something like that I would check everything, motor level, servo calibration, tail angles, heck...anything I could think of that might change the flight characteristics. However, ask around some more to some of the other guys, they know way more than I do. Thanks
i have a gyrotech h-755g and i was wondering if anybody knows how to replace the main gear for it im having alot of trouble replacing. i have the top gear connected fine but the bottom one spins but the blade dosent
good tutorial I was unlucky so when startet up to kalibrering it i was by mistake turn on 3d mode ; ( so new tail fixed and main gear on that is next ??
the only thing I recommend right now is new servos. the ones that come with it work, but if you crash hard they will strip out easy. I ordered some digital ones that are metal from xheli.com exi's d213f servo. I also recommend as many spare parts as you can get! just in case. I've had to replace, the servos, 3 main gears (until I learned the trick I show in vid, the pinion ate up the other two!), one tail shaft, 1 set of blades, and a few tail blades. get a flight sim. I'll help the best I can.

I dont know about the gyro's gear. Maybe the belt is loose?
cal mine was pretty stuck had to use a bit of force to get it off ??
Ok so i am upgrading my E-Razor 450 to a carbon fiber body. i already upgraded all my servos. I have my helicopter stripped down and am waiting for the new body so i can build it back up. Is there anything i should watch out for? Also do i need to calibrate my servos when i put them back on? i am new to all of this, i assume that i need to calibrate them or do something so that when i go to fly it, it is not swerving everywhere.

Wat size alan key do u use? I tried all n none worked. The screw on the bottom main shaft that is. They made it so tight it was half stripped.
This is a problem with E-razor and all other names this Heli comes in. The Main Gear wears after a couple of flights no matter how well you set it. Another problem has your washplate pin got broken. I mean to ask have you managed to change just the pin instead of having to replace the whole swashplate. This pin breaks so easily

i would not recomend this heli to anybody unless you are ready to spend your time replacing the main gear alot you get only a few flights and you have to replace the main gear. its not a fun heli, yes you get what you pay for, save your money and buy a blade heli you can't go wrong with blade products they cost more but once again you get what you pay for. my erazor 450 will become a paper weight.
